Hi

I currently have a PSP 1000 with 5.50 prome-2 cfw on it. I haven't used my PSP in a while so I've forgotten quite a lot about upgrading/downgrading cfws.

Currently it seems best to update the cfw to 6.60 PRO-C. So I'm hoping someone here can help with how to upgrade from 5.50 prome-2 to 6.60 PRO-C.

Oh and I also heard that if you updated a PSP with cfw of 5.50 Prome-4 to 6.60 firmware, this will result in some kind of error? Will that also happen for 5.50 Prome-2, and how would I fix...

Can anyone help have played monster hunter portable 2 on psp for a while no had the japanesse version of the game and now that I have the english version my save game will not load it gives the following error codes 80110306 or 80110307. have tried formating memory stick and tried to save game on my english version then dellet the files in the save file and place the japanesse files in it but gives error data corrupt the save works fine on japanesse version and the english save game when make...

Ok, is there still an available download for the ps vita uno game for the glitch? I know its not a psp but i didnt see a ps vita forum.

any help on how to get this up and running would be great. do I actually need the uno game to make this work or just some game save data?

I've been searching online for a way to either downgrade to 1.5 in order to install custom firmwares, etc. But all my old bookmarks and most of the links in the "Rules sections" are dead.

I haven't touched the PSP hacking community in a very long time. Back then I needed to create a Pandora battery to downgrade and do what ever with my PSP (which I haven't done). The devhook site is offline, most links are dead. Even using the archive.org to restore some information, all the software download...

I had looked for a custoom gameboot thing since i thought it was neat, and i'm new to the whole firmware stuff, but I didn't delete anythign in the folder, I backed up the Flash0 folder too. However I tried starting the game after placing the new gameboot file in there and then the psp turned off after 5 seconds and now it won't turn on. It turns off after like 10 secs and i can't access the recovery menu either. Is it 'bricked'? I did back up the Flash0 Folder however, is there anyway to fix...

psp will turn on for a little bit then turn off with the battery + ac adapter. Otherwise, without the battery, I cannot turn it on while connected to ac adapter. Additionally I cant turn It on with only the battery in it. Any ideas?

Hey guys, i´ve been looking all over google trying to find a solution and it led me here. My X, square, triangle and circle are not responding at all. I have cfw 5.03, so most suggestions were that I have to enter cfw recovery mode... but my psp was without power about two months, so I am not able to enter cfw since it´s not active. Now I am stuck at time setting screen and I will appreciate any help.

I have a (hopefully)simple question:

I have a fully bricked PSP fat with 5.00 m33(i think) cfw, a hard-modded pandora battery, and a magic memory stick (all of which i was using when my PSP got bricked)

I watched some tutorials on youtube and they all say i need to take my battery & memory stick out and then replace them with a Pandora & MMS; but im already using a Pandoras & MMS.

my question is basically: Do i need to buy a new MMS and make/buy a new battery, or can i somehow use the...

hi yesterday i got my psp modded and unbricked.The guy who did it said i should make a folder for iso. I downloaded 4 games and after I downloaded I get umd_data file and two folders i created cso of the games i downloaded and when i put them on memory stick they wont show up in psp.

I have checked other forum posts with this same issue but none of the solutions have worked for me.
My PSP is loaded with cfw 6.6
The memory card has been tested and works on Eboot PSX, TempGBA, and SNES9x.
I loaded my ISO files into PSP\ISO with no subfolders.
Either the ISO file or the ISO folder creates one currupted data icon in the mem stick section for 'game' on the psp.
I tested 3 different working ISO files in PPSSPP but when i put them on the psp they are currupted.

is my psp fried?

I have a nand dump from a PSP Slim

I want to restore it as most buttons don't work in CFW (Weird)
Restoring OFW all buttons work again

The nand dump was done with MMS + ToolBatt(Pandora)
but I can't restore this way, as some buttons seem to be effected even when in service mode, ie L+R+Start+Home does nothing

Can I restore my nand dump (nand-dump.bin) using another method
note I can't run anything went in CFW, due to button issue
so needs to be something I can do in OFW or in...

I have a modded PSP, its worked fine for a game ive had on it. picked it up after having it laying around for a long while and now when I go to play that same game I get a "The game could not be started. (80010013)" anyone know how to fix this?

I wanted to move the Custom Firmware on my current PSP 3000 1gb memory card (CW PRO-B9 6.60) to my new 4gb memory card, but i want to know if i can do that without having to run the updater again?
